What is the shelf life of your products since they are handmade and don’t have preservatives?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 6-12 months.
We suggest that you store your products in a cool place. Keep all products sealed tightly and consider refrigerating the whipped butters if you do not have a cool place to keep them.
Be careful if you store your scrub or soaks in the shower as the water or humidity could compromise them.
Why is the color/scent/grit different in my bath/body order?
All products are custom made and the color, potency of scent or texture may vary from order to order.
What are the returns, exchanges and refund policies?
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchanges or return option. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us.
Do you allow order cancellations?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
What happens if my product was damaged?
If product is damaged, open or broken. Please notify us immediately so that we can resolve this issue. Please be sure to email us with your order number and send pictures.
What is the shipping policy?
Once an order is placed you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Tracking information will be automatically updated if you have chosen the shipping option (versus picking up your order at Bella Nail Lounge) that includes tracking. If you are picking up your order you will receive a fulfillment notification which means your order is ready for pick up.
All orders are typically shipped within 10 days but this can be delayed based product or packaging availability. We will notify you of any delays within three business days of your order.
What is the policy for missing or lost packages?
If your order is identified as delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the identified carrier.
If your item has been deemed missing or lost but says ‘delivered’ we encourage you to file a claim. Please allow 14 business days for a claim to be founded or unfounded.
We are not responsible for packages deemed undeliverable or returned based on an issue notified by the identified carrier.
